Who we are

Ballas Capital Limited is a Securities and Future Commission’s (“SFC”) licensed corporation. Established in 2017 by two Hong Kong veteran investment bankers, we provide equity capital market and financial advisory services to our customers.  

We are licensed by the SFC to carry out type 1 (dealing in securities) relating to corporate finance and type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities in Hong Kong. We are also a licensed IPO sponsor for listing on both the Main Board and the GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Our services include IPO sponsorship and underwriting, secondary securities placement, M&As, takeovers, Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeovers Code advisory services for both Hong Kong listed companies and private companies.

Our founding directors have been registered Responsible Officers since 2003 when the SFO first established the ‘Single License’ regime. With a wealth of market experience, technical expertise and effective management, they have accumulated a proven track record in IPOs, M&As, takeovers and financial advisory transactions.
